1. Do you provide extension cords for the inflatables? Yes, we provide extension cords for all our inflatables to ensure they are safely powered during your event.

2. Are water hoses provided for wet inflatables? Absolutely! We supply water hoses for wet inflatables so you can enjoy a refreshing water play experience.

3. How many servings are included with each concession machine? Each concession machine rental comes with supplies for 25 servings. It's a hassle-free way to ensure your guests have a great time.

4. What's required for the snow cone machine? For the snow cone machine, you'll need to provide your own ice. We'll take care of the machine and the delicious syrups for those icy treats.

5. Can waterslides be set up on any surface? Waterslides are best set up on grass surfaces to ensure safety and a proper setup. We do not set up waterslides on hard surfaces.

6. Can I request a specific delivery time? We operate within a 1-hour delivery window to accommodate multiple bookings in a day. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee specific delivery times.

7. How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired inflatable and ensure its availability for your event. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly.

8. What happens if there's bad weather on the day of my event? If inclement weather is expected, you have the option to reschedule your reservation to another available date. Safety is our priority.

9. Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized? Absolutely, hygiene is important to us. We thoroughly clean and sanitize each inflatable before and after every rental to provide a safe experience for everyone.

10. Is there an age limit for using the inflatables? Yes, there are age and size recommendations for each inflatable to ensure the safety of all participants. These guidelines will be provided when you make a reservation.

11. Can adults use the inflatables too? In many cases, adults can use the inflatables as well. However, some inflatables might have specific weight or height restrictions for adult use. Please inquire about specific inflatables when booking.

12. How do I make a reservation? You can easily make a reservation by visiting our website or giving us a call. We'll guide you through the process and help you choose the best options for your event.

13. Are there any additional charges I should be aware of? Our pricing is transparent and includes standard services. Any additional charges, such as delivery fees or optional add-ons, will be clearly communicated before finalizing your reservation.

The obstacle course was great! Delivery, setup and removal were very efficient. I would use them again without question!
I had an excellent experience with Jump Time Georgia for a client event last weekend. The bounce house was a HUGE hit and the two gentlemen who came to set it up and break it down arrived on time and were super friendly. Price was better than some other competitors as they didn't add a ton of unnecessary fees. I will definitely be booking again!
Had a great experience with this bounce house company! They showed up on time, set everything up quickly, and even brought chairs for the adults. The bounce house was clean, the kids had a blast, and teardown was super easy and fast. Definitely recommend for parties or any kid events!
